About the Summer Writing Institute
As a publisher, we receive hundreds of manuscripts from all over the world each year. Ninty percent of them are rejected and not considered for publication. The institute was created to assist writers develop their works to be more viable for publishing consideration not only for Crystal Spirit Publishing, Inc. but for all publishers to include self-publishing.
Manuscript Review & Feedback
Provides advice stated in the form of do-able tasks that is advantageous to the author. For the author, the advised actions point to a “fixed target” where he or she may aim the revision(s). Such feedback will provide the author with identifiable strengths and weaknesses in which will help to develp a better more comprehensive story.

Scene Transition and Dialogue Analysis

This service will identify weak transitions and Dialogue in your manuscript and advise on ways to strengthen these elements of the story to create anticipation and excitement, as well as keep readers engaged and turning pages.

Character Development
Charcter development is one of the most important parts of the writing process. Without characters there would be no stories to tell.
This service will provide the much needed assistance with developing the character(s) of your story. We will help YOU answer all of the questions regarding what makes the character important to the story as well as what makes them common or unique.
